Position Overview:
A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about helping our business grow through value-based conversations and providing exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, actively following up to earn their business.
- No prior experience necessary, just a strong desire to succeed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to auto inquiries regarding insurance availability, quotes, eligibility, coverages, policy recommendations, changes, transfers, etc.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
